GEOGRAPHICAL INDICATIONS

1. Order letter including data for:
   • name, citizenship and address/domicile of applicant,
   • conventional priority if any claimed;
2. Name of appellation of origin or indication of source;
3. Certified copy of priority document if claimed;
4. Designation of the good;
5. Description of the geographical locality borders;
6. Description of the established properties or peculiarities of the goods and their relationship with the geographical environment or geographical origin;
7. Document issued by the representative municipality and certifying that the applicant cares our his production activity in the respective geographical locality]
8. When the applicant is a foreigner the application shell be accompanied by a document certifying registration of the geographical indication in the country of origin;
9. Signed and sealed power of attorney.
